This unique marketing organization exists to help sustain the livelihood and heritage of the Carteret County fishing industry through educating consumers and helping Carteret County residents and visitors identify fresh, local seafood landed by resident commercial fishermen.
Our daily “Carteret Catch” feature is created by using fresh local seasonally available seafood often accompanied by seasonal local produce. 34° North Restaurant supports many local and regional farmers and businesses, dedicated to providing you with the freshest produce, vegetables, and ingredients of the season. We believe in the “earth to table” concept, which means you can guarantee the chefs select the very best meats, seafood, and produce for your dining pleasure.
Local partners include Merrell Farms, Carteret County’s only century-old farm, located in Beaufort. Others partners are Marshallberg Farm, Walker Farm, and Whittaker Farm.

She was so on top of everything. She came around to make sure our food was cooked just the way we order it.
