34° North Restaurant to host Maker’s Mark Bourbon Dinner

34° North Restaurant at the Beaufort Hotel will host a four-course Maker’s Mark Bourbon Dinner on Friday, October 30 from 6 – 8:30 pm. Sarah Poole, Maker’s Mark Diplomat, will be on hand to lead us through this special tasting dinner.
Dinner will include a welcome cocktail, tastings from the Maker’s Mark Bourbon family – including our Beaufort Hotel’s Maker’s Mark Private Select and Maker’s Mark Wood Finishing Series Limited Release Bourbon.
Due to social distancing guidelines, we are offering reservations for tables of 4, 6, and 8 guests only. Tickets for this very special evening are $125 per person (inclusive of food, beverages, tax and gratuity).
The Beaufort Hotel has partnered with Maker’s Mark to create its own bourbon. One of only a handful of locations in North Carolina to feature a custom barrel, the hotel’s 34° North Restaurant is a first for the Crystal Coast.

About Maker’s Mark Private Select®
At Maker’s Mark, their wood-finishing series was created to explore new, unique expressions of their signature whisky. Beginning as fully matured Maker’s Mark® at cask strength, Private Select is created by adding 10 custom wood finishing staves to each barrel.
